  Metasurface is two dimensional (2D) artificially engineering photonic structures with subwavelength metallic inclusions and unconventional electromagnetic functionality.These functionality cant be found in naturally occurring materials, which have demonstrated potential benefits in various applications such as energy harvesting, polarizer, filter, antenna, beam shaping and focusing.Metasurface, with ultra-thin thickness, has the advantage of taking up less physical space and offering the possibility of less Joule loss structures.
