李达作为马克思主义法理学中国化的探索者和追求者,对马克思主义法理学中国化做出了突出贡献:坚持以马克思主义理论为指导,树立科学的法律观;运用唯物辩证法阐释法理学基本理论,确立法理学研究的科学方法;以国家与法律的关系为切入点,尝试构建中国马克思主义法理学的理论框架。李达对马克思主义法理学中国化的探索,对新时期进一步推进马克思主义法学中国化具有重要的示范作用和借鉴意义。
As an explorer and admirer of the sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence, Li Da made outstanding contributions to the sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence: upholding the Marxist theory as a guide and establishing a scientific legal concept; interpreting the basic of jurisprudence through materialist dialectics Theory, establish the scientific method of jurisprudence research; and take the relationship between state and law as the breakthrough point, try to construct the theoretical framework of Chinese Marxist jurisprudence. Li Da’s exploration into the sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence plays an important role of demonstration and reference in further promoting the localization of Marxist jurisprudence in the new era.
