Protein glycosylation,an important and universal protein post-translational modification,plays fundamental roles in plenty of biological processes including cell-cell interaction,communication,cellular signaling and receptor interaction.Because the glycoprotein is high structure complexity and heterogenicity,and microscale expression in biological sample,leading the difficulty in analyzing these low-abundance glycans with labile regions such as sialic acids from biological samples.
