International outsourcing is a physical distribution system as the pillar of the framework.Being in line with the developing trends of the international outsourcing will contribute to restructuring and upgrading of Chinas industry.Direct foreign investment and technological progress,growth of offshore outsourcing in services will continue,software outsourcing has been always the hot issue,Developing countrys enterprises may build and work on international outsourcing:a golden chance for entry of the global market and getting broad space for development.The advantages lie in attending a good investment environment and low labor costs over china,the disadvantages lie in attending senior talented people and smaller-sized software businesses;well-known brand is less.To develop International outsourcing must change the idea,train qualified personnel and build national brands.
