目的有证据显示蛋白激酶C(protein kinase C,PKC)在低氧诱发肺动脉高压右心室肥厚过程中起重要作用,但是PKC的哪几种特异性亚型参与肺动脉高压右心室肥厚的发生发展过程仍不清楚.本研究将检测PKC特异性亚型的膜转位水平和蛋白表达量在慢性低氧诱发肺动脉高压大鼠的心室中的变化情况.
