Objective: In the past few years, aptamer physisorbed on graphene oxide (GO) has emerged as a useful sensing platform In a typical assay, a fluorescently labeled aptamer probe is adsorbed by GO and the target analyte induces probe desorption and fluorescence recovery.However, in these systems, some non-target analytes can also desorption the physisorbed aptamer.To address the non-specific displacement, we herein report a covalent linked aptamer probe for ATP detection (Figure 1).
