　　Purpose-The study is to discuss the reason of client pressure on appraisers and to find the influential degree of client pressure of different types.Design/Methodology/Approach-In the survey, a Client Pressure Structure is designed.Through questionnaires, the data obtained is analyzed by principal component analysis.
