We explored whether transplantation of BMSCs modified by GDNF gene provides a better therapeutic effect than pure BMSCs.Forty-eight rats established by injecting with collagenase and heparin into caudate nucleus through stereotaxic apparatus, followed by infusion of BMSCs(labeled with GFP)、 GDNF/BMSCs and saline at 3rd day after operation, respectively.
