Objective To observe effects of Danshen Dripping Pills combined with Irbesartan intervention on oxidative stress and apoptosis of islet β-cells in diabetic SD rats.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into 6groups.Group A (normal diet group),group B (high glucose and high fat diet group),group C (type 2 diabetes control group),group D (Danshen Dripping Pills intervention group),group E (Irbesartan intervention group),and group F (Danshen Dripping Pills combined with Irbesartan intervention group).
