  Circulating fetal cells in maternal blood have emerged as promising candidates for non-invasive prenatal diagnostics(NIPD),for the reason that their intrinsic nature of carrying the total genetic information of the fetus.However,their detection remains a challenge due to the extreme scarcity of these cells in maternal circulation.Herein,we developed a gelatin nanoparticles(GNPs)mediated microchip modified with anti-CD147 as specific capture antibody,for efficient capture and nondestructive release of fetal nucleated red blood cells(fNRBC)from maternal peripheral blood.
