目前结核病治疗药物需长期使用，副作用大，加上多重耐药菌的出现，已经成为结核病预防和治疗中的重大难题。因此，寻找新的药物作用靶点，建立新的药物筛选模型，研制出能控制多重耐药菌和根除休眠菌的强力低毒抗结核药物非常关键。本研究以结核分枝杆菌关键效应蛋白-酪氨酸磷酸酶(mPTPB)、类真核蛋白激酶PknG和天冬氨酸半醛脱氢酶(Asd)为靶点，从红树林真菌化合物中筛选酶抑制剂。目前，己对84种化合物及其衍生
以CHB6的细胞生物量和发酵液pH为指标,采用正交试验方法对地衣芽孢杆菌CHB6的液体发酵培养基成分进行筛选优化.结果表明,不同碳氮源对细胞生物量影响较大,最佳培养基配比为：糖蜜1.5％,大豆蛋白胨0.5％,K2HPO4·3H2O为0.15％,NaCl l.5％.CHB6细胞生物量较优化前大幅提高,可达4.8×109CFU/mL。
