甘蓝型油菜种子类黄酮和羟基苯丙烯酸衍生物的HPLC-PDA-ESI(-)/MSn/HRMS分析

  甘蓝型油菜种子类黄酮和羟基苯丙烯酸衍生物的全面了解对于油菜种子的品质改良具有重要的意义。目前HPLC-PDA-ESI(-)/MSn/HRMS方法被广泛用于植物多酚物质组成的研究。本研究通过提取甘蓝型油菜种子的多酚物质,并对粗提物进行Sephadex LH-20柱层析分离、碱性水解和不同分离组分的HPLC-PDA-ESI(-)/MSn(IonTrap)和HPLC-DAD-ESI(-)/HRMS(Q-TOF)分析,成功发现了91种类黄酮和羟基苯丙烯酸衍生物,其中包括山奈酚衍生物39种、异鼠李素衍生物11种、槲皮素衍生物5种、黄烷醇及其低聚物6种、羟基苯丙烯酸衍生物30种。成功鉴定了上述化合物中的78种次生代谢物,其中55种为甘蓝型油菜首次报道,24种为芸薹属植物首次报道。
