详细了解我国目前不同地区大面积种植及新培育小麦品种的遗传多样性,对于认识小麦优良基因、指导小麦亲本选配具有重要意义,在小麦杂交育种有着重要参考价值.本研究利用均匀分布于21条染色体的80对SSR标记,对266份近年来不同地区大面积推广种植的优良小麦品种以及杂交后代进行遗传多样性分析.
