Hydrogen sulfide(H2S)can regulate a variety of physiological functions,it is necessary to develop some simple and sensitive methods for H2S detection.In this study,a modificationfree photoelectrochemical(PEC)sensor for H2S has been developed based on the energy level matching of iron tetrasulfophthalocyanines and n-GaN.
