  Objective ? To propose and evaluate the clinical outcomes of arthroscopical treatment for patients with insertional achilles tendinitis.Methods 9 cases with the insertional achilles tendinitis who had failed for serial conservative treatments under went arthroscopical treatment including peritenon re lease, debridement and longitudinal tenotomy for the calcification.
