Objective To explore the effect of cardiac risk factors on the severity of coronary artery lesion in post menopausal women with coronary heart disease.Method The study prospectively analyzed the post manopasualfemal patients from 2012.9-2013.2 who admitted for chest pain, chest tightness had coronary angiography.,According to the results of coronary angiography, the patients were divided into the coronary artery disease group (340,75.06%); non-CAD group (113,24.94%).Result (1) Single-variant analysis showed age, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, pulse pressure, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, triglycerides, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein, risk factors in coronary artery disease group and non-group difference in coronary artery disease have statistically significant difference between coronary and non-coronary groups(P<0.05).(2) The Multivariant Logistic regression analysis showed: systolic blood pressure, pulse pressure, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol as an independent risk factor for women with coronary heart disease (P <0.05).Associated risk were as follows: triglycerides (OR =1.649, P =0.002); low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (OR =1.493, P =0.027); pulse pressure (OR =1.033, P =0.000); systolic blood pressure (OR =1.027, P =0.001).(3) According to the degree of coronary artery disease.the coronary group patients were divided into single-vessel disease group (103 cases, 30.29%), 2-vessel disease group (114 cases, 33.53%), 3-vessel disease group (123 cases, 36.18%).History of hypertension, history of diabetes, LDL-C in coronary artery disease were significant different (P <0.05) among different groups. Conclusion Cardiovascular risk factorsplays an important role inpostmenopausal women with coronary heart disease, effectively control this risk factors is the key to prevention of coronary heart disease.
