我国《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB 50011—2010)提出了基于性能的抗震设计思想,设计中对复杂高层建筑和超限工程也多提出中震设计性能目标,以提高重要结构的安全性。通过对不同性能目标时高层结构在小震与中震下的设计内力的详细对比分析发现:对于框架柱,由于小震下的结构内力调整较大,当性能目标确定较低时,小震弹性设计内力超过中震的内力设计值,采用中震设计并未提高重要结构的安全性。
China’s “Code for Seismic Design of Buildings” (GB 50011-2010) proposed the performance-based seismic design idea. In the design, the goal of moderate seismic design performance was also proposed for complex high-rise buildings and overrun projects so as to improve the safety of important structures. Through a detailed comparison and analysis of the designed internal forces of high-rise structures under small and medium earthquakes with different performance targets, it is found that for the frame columns, due to the large adjustment of structural internal forces under small earthquakes, when the performance targets are relatively low, the small earthquakes The design internal forces exceed the design values of the internal forces of the intermediate shocks and the use of the mid-seismic design does not improve the safety of the important structures.
