　　Background: The expression of TG2 is correlation to DNA damage repair and apoptosis through P53 pathway which influences the radiosensitivity.The present study aimed to investigate the radiosensitization of TG2 inhibitor(KCC009)in H1299 cell line with Wild-type and mutant p53,and its possible mechanism.
