MULTI-OBJECTIVE OPTIMIZATION OF CASING TREATMENT IN A COMPRESSOR BASED ON DATA MINING AND META MODEL

  The casing treatment(CT)has the potential to extend the stable operating range of a compressor at the expense of the efficiency and pressure ratio.The paper applied data mining techniques to the optimization of casing treatment in a high pressure ratio centrifugal compressor,which can analyze the regular and mechanism of CT geometric structures on the performance of the compressor.With the structure parameters of casing treatment analyzed,the key parameters and final design space were obtained.Integrating Kriging meta model,genetic algorithm(GA),design of experiment(DOE)and numerical simulation based on data mining results,the multi-objective optimization method of CT was built.Maximizing isentropic efficiency at design and near stall condition was carried out in the optimization.The optimization results indicated a considerable improvement in the total pressure ratio and isentropic efficiency of the compressor over the whole operating condition.And isentropic efficiency increased by 2.05%,and the stall margin increased by 7.11%.The mechanism behind the performance improvement was further extracted by combining the geometry changes with detailed flow analysis.

烟囱排出的饱和湿烟气与温度较低的环境空气接触时,在烟气降温过程中,烟气中所含水蒸气过饱和凝结,凝结水滴对光线产生折射、散射,从而使烟羽呈现出白色或者灰色,称其为"湿烟羽"(俗称"大白烟").单纯的白色烟羽对环境质量没有直接的影响,但会对周围居民生活造成困扰。因此许多配备湿法烟气脱硫装置的区域,已经把消除“白色烟羽”作为超低排放改造的重要内容之一。
