动态再结晶行为作为TiAl基合金热加工过程的主要软化手段,能够有效地均匀化组织,从而提高材料性能.本文通过不同形变参数下的热模拟压缩试验研究了Ti-47Al-2Nb-2Cr合金的动态再结晶行为,建立了动态再结晶动力学模型,揭示了不同热加工工艺对显微组织的影响规律.结果表明:随变形量的增加,DRX体积分数的增速呈现出由缓慢到快速再到缓慢的近S型变化规律.在同一变形量下,采用高温与低应变速率形变参数下得到的试样动态再结晶比较充分,微观组织均匀性较好.结合显微组织分析发现,动态再结晶体积分数随变形量的增加而增加,升高温度与降低应变速率均能够有效地促进动态再结晶行为的发生程度.
