Purpose:To discuss the treatment about AF internal fixation positioning and percutaneous reduction by leverage and artificial bone graft for latest thoracic and lumbar vertebrae firacture and its application value.Methods:We choose 68 cases of latest thoracic and lumbar vertebrae fracture from Apr.2001 to Jan.2006.They are treated by AF internal fixation positioning and percutaneous reduction by leverage.After that self-solidified calcium acid phosphate artificial bones are grafted by pedicle of vertebral arch to form vertebral body.
