There are two objects in our study: (1) Developing thermal precipitator (TP) for particulate matter (PM) collection with their characteristics less altered instead of the conventional filtering sampling;(2) Comparing the collection performances of TP, glass fiber, and Teflon(R) filter, and their corresponding in vitro lung cell toxicity differences induced by their collected PMs.
