Duchence Smile关怀在肝硬化住院患者满意度中的应用

目的：探讨Duchence smile(简称D smile)关怀在肝硬化患者住院满意度的应用.方法：将2015年入院128名肝硬化患者用随机抽样法分为观察组与对照组，其中对照组60例观察组68例.观察组住院期间实施D Smile关怀，对照组实施“官夫人剪彩式微笑”.结果：应用D Smile关怀后，观察组患者在护士服务态度、技能水平、健康教育满意度及病区满意度、总体满意率较对照组均有显著性提高，患者

目的：探讨幸福疗法在肝硬化患者护理中的应用.方法：将200例肝硬化患者设为研究对象，随机分为对照组107例和观察组93例，对照组患者进行常规护理，观察组进行幸福疗法干预，主要包括心理护理，家属配合护理，病房氛围营造等.结果：观察组进行幸福疗法后患者腹围及胆红素数值均有改善，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)结论：幸福疗法后肝硬化患者的腹围缩小，肝胆红素水平降低.
