目的 比较诺和锐30与持续皮下胰岛素输注(CSII)、多次胰岛素皮下注射(MSII)在2型糖尿病强化降糖中的效果。方法将87例2型糖尿病患者随机分成诺和锐30组(n=30)CSII组(n=28)和MSII组(n=29)三组。监测三组2型糖尿病患者治疗前后全天血糖谱的变化,观察并比较血糖达标所需要的时间、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生率等情况。结果诺和锐30组与CSII组和MSII组相比,血糖达标所需的时间、胰岛素用量及低血糖发生率等差异无显著统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论诺和锐30皮下注射与持续皮下胰岛素输注和多次胰岛素皮下注射对2型糖尿病患者强化降糖治疗的效果相当。
Objective To compare the effects of NovoRed 30 and continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion (CSII) and multiple subcutaneous insulin injections (MSII) on enhancing hypoglycemic activity of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Eighty - seven patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into three groups (n = 30) and CSII group (n = 28) and MSII group (n = 29). The changes of blood glucose spectrum during the whole day before and after treatment were observed in three groups of type 2 diabetic patients. The time needed to reach the blood glucose level, the dosage of insulin and the incidence of hypoglycemia were observed and compared. Results No significant difference was found in the time required for glycemic control, insulin dosage and incidence of hypoglycemia in Novo-Rui 30 group compared with CSII group and MSII group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Novo Rui 30 subcutaneous injection and sustained subcutaneous insulin infusion and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection in patients with type 2 diabetes intensified hypoglycemic treatment effect.
