　　Maternal mRNAs degradation is a crucial process in the early embryonic development.However,the mechanism and regulators governing maternal mRNAs clearance remains unclear in mammals.The CCR4-NOT complex plays predominant roles in mRNAs deadenylation that is the first and often rate-limiting step accounting for mRNA turnover.
