This study focused on measurement condition experiment, diagnosis technology development and customized diagnosis method for stone cultural heritage using the deterioration map, ultrasonic measurement, infrared thermography, 3D image analysis and tiltmeter monitoring.Also, deterioration evaluation and structural safety diagnosis were carried out for stone cultural heritages which were seriously damaged by crack, splintering, scaling, weakening of physical strength, discoloration and structural displacement.As a result, deterioration map by the photograph mapping technique, the development of crack index, establishment of measuring condition for ultrasonic test and calculation method of weathering grade, conservation treatment evaluation and scaling modeling by infrared thermography, 3D displacement measurement, 3D analysis of deterioration degree and original form, system establishment of tiltmeter monitoring, and behavior characteristics analysis offered considerably important information to customize safety diagnosis, scientific conservation treatment, systematic restoration, and original form maintenance.The nondestructive diagnosis system would make a critical contribution to scientific conservation system for deterioration evaluation and structural safety analysis of stone cultural heritages.
