航空发动机压气机叶片的非线性动力学建模及分析

  叶片是航空发动机的关键零件,且为故障多发零件,通常面临着高温、高压、高转速和高负载等一系列严峻问题。简单的线性理论不能准确的描述叶片在苛刻的工作环境下产生的非线性振动问题,因此需要建立合理的动力学模型并有效的预测其非线性动力学行为,进而实现从理论和实际上指导和修正叶片的设计。本文将航空发动机压气机叶片简化为带有预安装角、预扭转角的高速旋转悬臂圆柱曲板并研究其非线性动力学行为。利用格林应变张量推导出扭转圆柱曲板准确的应变位移关系,综合考虑变转速、离心力和温度的影响,基于一阶剪切变形理论,运用Hamilton原理建立旋转叶片的偏微分运动方程。选取满足边界条件的模态函数,运用Galerkin方法将偏微分运动方程进行离散得到常微分运动方程。利用Runge-Kutta法对常微分运动方程进行数值模拟,得到旋转叶片的相图、波形图、Poincare截面图和分岔图。分析了预安装角、预扭转角、变转速等参数对旋转叶片非线性动力学行为的影响。
