Atmospheric-pressure plasmas are indispensable for sterilizing,disinfecting,decomposing hazardous materials,and modifying material surfaces.Clarifying the mechanisms of plasma effects that are used in practical applications is of critical importance.To achieve this,it is important to understand plasma propaties.Against this background,we accomplished the rat disease models making and evaluation such as electrocardiogram (ECG),blood pressure,saturation pulse oxygen (SpO2),and diagnostic imaging by CT to aim at emergency & critical care medicine.Here,the targeted disease is myocardial infarction (MI) and hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).
