随着能源价格的不断推高,电梯的能效越来越引起政府管理部门和业界的重视.目前中国90%的在用电梯属于中低速电梯(速度不大于2m/s),这种电梯采用的是摩擦相对较高的滑动导向系统,因此,对电梯滑动导向系统的摩擦行为及其能耗特点进行研究对于改进设计、提高电梯能效具有积极的意义.本工作通过设计的电梯滑动导靴摩擦试验台,模拟各种实际工况对滑动导靴和导轨间的摩擦行为进行了实验研究.研究结果表明导靴界面的摩擦系数随接触压强的增大而减小,摩擦系数对滑动速度的依赖关系为先上升后下降的趋势,实验发现摩擦在加速和减速阶段存在摩擦滞回现象,且通过进一步的分析发现该摩擦滞回现象跟滑动的加加速度有关.
