越来越多人肿瘤与肿瘤病毒有关.证明肿瘤与病毒有关,对肿瘤的诊断防治有重大意义.一、EB病毒与鼻咽癌1.应用IgA/VCA,EA检测技术对30岁以上人群进行普查,阳性率为5％左右,追踪10年97％的癌都来自IgA/VCA抗体阳性者.早期诊断率从20-30％提高到85％以上.早诊早治,治疗效果好.广西自治区政府已将此项目作为"主席健康惠民工程",免费给自治区人群进行血清学普查和治疗.这是国内第一个防癌重要举措.2.已确定EB病毒在鼻咽癌发生中起病因作用,但环境因素(促癌物)、遗传、免疫等因素也起协同作用.3.已研制成鼻咽癌疫苗(腺病毒EBV LMP2疫苗).国家药监局已批准上临床试验,正在进行.此外,腺病毒LMP2树突状细胞(DC)疫苗,经临床试验效果很好,显著提高5年生存率.给IgA/VCA阳性人群进行免疫可用于预防.
