How desert reptiles cope with extremely hot environments has attracted great scientific attention,but such studies are still rare in China.We investigated the thermal ecology of three lizard species,Eremias argus,Eremias multiocellata,and Phrynocephalus frontalis,in the desert steppe of Inner Mongolia.
