一、前言 Ni-P合金化学镀不仅工艺简便,均镀能力和化学稳定性好;而且镀层具有诸多使用特性。例如既耐蚀又耐磨。它在化工、纺织、国防、精密仪器制造等行业已被广泛应用。化学镀几乎不受镀件形状影响,即使带有孔或沟糟的复杂件也能获得均匀的镀层。对尺寸要求精度高的、又要求耐蚀耐磨的钢铁制件等,化学镀尤共适用。
I. Introduction Ni-P alloy electroless plating process is not only simple, both plating capacity and chemical stability; and the coating has many use characteristics.
