目的 骨肉瘤的保肢手术需要在术前精确测量肿瘤长度和设计截骨长度,本文旨在探讨肢体骨肉瘤肿瘤组织与髓腔组织的过渡,为保肢手术的更精确设计提供指导。方法 选取我中心2012年5月至2013年2月的肢体骨肉瘤病例,入选标准包括术前无外院手术史,无病理性骨折,最终76例入选,73例行瘤段截除术,3例行截肢术。
