中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司针对蒸汽消耗量偏大的节能问题,借鉴兄弟企业的节汽经验,提出了对炼油区1.0MPa蒸汽管网实施降压节能运行的蒸汽优化方案,在经过评估及准备工作后,于2011年7月份对此项工作进行了具体实施。数据对比表明,低压蒸汽系统降压运行后的8月份,炼油区对动力专业的低压蒸汽总需求量较7月份下降了11592吨,炼油区对动力专业的中压蒸汽总需求量较7月份下降了2952吨,说明蒸汽降压操作取得了较好的节汽效果。同时,对蒸汽系统降压操作过程中暴露出的瓶颈问题提出了相应的解决对策。
