In this paper,petrology,Geochemistry and zircon U-Pb data on gabbro and basalt of ophiolite complex in Langxian of Yarlung Zangbo suture.The results implied:(1) there were two magma actions in earlier Jurassic period(about 191Ma) and earlier Cretaceous period(146~148Ma); (2) the age of one gabbro sample which had similar geochemistry characteristic with N-MORB type magma was 191.4±3.7 Ma,that was the earliest age of N-MORB type magma in Yarlung Zangbo suture.
