The polypropylene(PP)with low melt flow index is applied to manufacture microporous membrane thought melt spinning, annealing, cold stretching and hot stretching method(MSCS)in this research. The effect of take-up speed on microporous membranes were characterized by using emission scanning and transmission electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and optical microscope method. The take-up speed primarily influenced the structure and performance of hollow fiber precursor.
