Objective Whether paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria clones in aplastic anemia is a prognostic factor to immunosuppressive therapy is a subject of debate.The aim of this study was to evaluate the hematologic responses to immunosuppressive therapy in patients with severe aplastic anemia with or without the presence of a paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria clone.
