The undisputed role of T cells in anti-tumor response has been proved by strong evidence.Redirecting T cells to tumor cells using bispecific antibodies(BsAbs)is emerging as potent cancer therapies,The main concept of this strategy is commonly cross-link tumor cells and T cells by simultaneously binding to cell surface tumor-associated antigen(TAA)and the CD3 chain of the TCR/CD3complex.
