  This paper deals with the issue of passivity analysis for delved neural networks with various activation functions and uncertain output.By using the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and a scaling parameter approach, the passivity criterion is presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities.Two numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness and less conservatism of the proposed result.
