To detect exposure to organophosphorus agents(OPs),peptides with OPs adducts have been studied for a long time.Pure human transferrin was incubated with an overdose of Ops.The OPs-treated proteins were digested by trypsin and the digested peptides identified by Q-Exactive liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(Q-Exactive LC-MS/MS).
