Cullin-RING(CRL) complexes in ubiquitin-proteasome system play important roles in plants responding to various abiotic stresses in this article.Especially, RING E3 ligase and U-boxE3s related to regulation approach under drought, low temperature, high-salt, nutrient deprivation and UV-radiation stresses.Recently researche indicated, CRLA plays a key role in DNA repair responding to genotoxic stress, it regulates cell regulation under UV irradiation, A1, drought stresses.CRLs are part of ABA signaling in drought and osmotic stresses.
