本文针对武汉局家属医疗保险基金长期收不抵支且挤占并影响企业补充医疗正常运行的现状,结合国家全民医保体系建设的相关政策,提出"在首先参加居民医保或新农合的基础上,再参加企业家属医疗保险"的家属医保新模式,并在分析测算的基础上得出新模式"在不降低家属医疗待遇水平、不增加职工家属经济负担的前提下,可以减轻企业补充医疗负担"的结论.
