环境因子对匍枝马尾藻生长及光合色素含量的影响

  本研究以匍枝马尾藻幼苗为材料,分析了不同温度、光照强度、盐度和光质对匍枝马尾藻特定生长率和光合色素含量的影响.结果显示,(1)4种环境因子对匍枝马尾藻生长均具有显著影响(P<0.05).其中,匍枝马尾藻适宜生长条件为:温度15~25℃,最适温度为23℃;光照强度为20~80μmol·m-2· s-1;盐度为20~40‰,最适盐度为32‰.白光下生长最快,蓝光次之,黄光下藻体负生长.(2)4种环境因子中,仅光照强度对匍枝马尾藻叶绿素含量有显著影响(P<0.05):随着光照强度的增加,叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素的含量呈下降趋勢,叶绿素c含量变化不显著(P>0.05).研究为匍枝马尾藻人工育苗和养殖提供了理论依据.
