In order to identify the effect of different chemical pretreatment on structure changes of corncob and its subsequent fast pyrolysis behavior,The chemical pretreatment of corncob was performed using different concentrations of sodium hydroxide(NaOH),sulfuric acid(H2SO4),and hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)solutions.The structure changes of corncob were characterized by elemental analysis,fouriertransform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).FTIR analysis showed that NaOH pretreatment could effectively remove hemicellulose and lignin fractions.
