机构转动特征的完整性

  机构的末端特征包括具有简单线性关系的移动特征和复杂非线性的转动特征。转动特征影响到机构末端的姿态和灵活性。传统的机构指标仅描述机构转动特征的结果,即机构姿态的特性。但是对转动过程的研究较少,尤其是末端转动特征是绕哪些轴线转的问题描述的不够清楚。本文提出了转动完整性的概念,研究转动轴线位置的性质。针对转动完整性的判定,本文初步研究了两种方法:离散的数值计算方法及转动轴线迁移定理两种方法。转动完整性的提出对机构的研究特别是机构的型综合具有重要的理论价值。
