目的 本实验通过免疫组织化学法检测Ago2、HIF1α在EGFR突变型及野生型肺腺癌中的表达,探讨在缺氧情况下,Ago2的表达水平是否与EGFR突变相关,并结合相关临床资料,分析HIF1α 、Ago2 与EGFR 突变的联合检测对评估肺腺癌发生、发展的意义,为肺腺癌的早期诊断、治疗及预后提供新思路。
目的 RAS 突变型结直肠癌预后较差，迄今为止没有特异性针对RAS 的靶向药物。如何治疗RAS 突变型结直肠癌是亟待解决的问题。近期Cell杂志发表的论著认为：Rigosertib(RGS)是一种RAS模拟小分子，竞争性结合RAS 效应蛋白，封闭RAS 作用位点，从而阻断其下游信号通路过度活化。
