　　We will prove that any Willmore embedding of(C)into R3 is a plane.Then we will show that that if Σk is a sequence of closed Willmore surface embedded in R3 with W(Σk)< C,and if the conformal class of Σk converges in the moduli space,then we can find a M(o)bius transformation σk,such that a subsequence of σk(Σk)converges smoothly.
