本文从初期外商的租地造屋、滨江大道和公共绿地、早期的道路以及建筑师和工匠、早期租地人和建筑的变化、后期租地人和建筑的变化等5个方面,对上海外滩的形成过程作系统的追溯,表述外滩人文地理和建筑历史的变迁。 This article starts from the initial phase of foreign-owned land-building houses, riverside roads and public parks, early roads, and changes in architects and craftsmen, early-stage tenants and buildings, and late-stage leaseholders and building changes. The formation of the system is systematically traced to reflect changes in the Bund human geography and architectural history.
