Ketoximes and their derivatives are versatile synthetic building blocks. They are well-known fruitful candidates for Beckmann rearrangement reactions to prepare amide, dehydrations to produce nitriles, and reductive acylation for synthesis of enamides.1 Recently, transition-metal catalyzed coupling of ketoxime carboxylates with alkenylboronic acids, alkynes or alkenes has emerged as a straightforward method to synthesize substituted pyridines.
