　　Objective: This study aimed to investigate osteogenic differentiation property of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells under lipopolysaccharide stimulation in ovariectomized mice.ALP staining,ALP activity,alizarin red staining and RT-PCR were performed respectively,attempting to provide laboratory evidences for periodontitis prevention of postmenopausal women.
